Harvest Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

1 egg white
2/3 cup sugar
Salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 dashes Worchestshire sauce
3 cup assorted nuts


Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk egg white with 1 Tablespoon water in small bowl until frothy. In small bowl, combine sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt., pumpkin pie spice and cayenne pepper. Toss nuts in the egg white mixture and then in the sugar mixture. Toss well. Add 2 dashes Worchestshire sauce and toss again.
Spoon nuts onto prepared baking sheet in small clusters. Bake until golden - about 30 - 35 minutes.
Cool completely and break into small pieces.
