Instant Turkey Meatball Spaghetti

If you received an instant pot for Christmas, this recipe is a great introduction to just how quickly you can make dinner. Less than 1/2 hour and you have spaghetti with turkey meatballs.

Ingredients

Spaghetti to serve four
1 pound ground turkey
1 (0.7 ounce) packet of Italian Dressing Season packet
2 Tablespoons Italian bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. olive oil
24 ounce jar marinara sauce of your choice
1/3 cup water
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Prepare spaghetti according to manufacturer's instructions on package.
While water is coming to a boil, prepare meatballs.
With your hands, combine turkey, seasoning packet, bread crumbs, yogurt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in bowl . Hint: wet hands will help the mixture not stick to your hands).
Form 20 meatballs.

While the spaghetti is boiling, cook the meatball sauce. Place olive oil in  bottom of instant pot. Add all the meatballs balls to the pot. Pour the jar of marinara over the top. Pour 1/3 cup water over the top.
Close the lid and turn the pressure vent to seal. Cook the meatballs on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Do a quick release on the pressure.
Lightly stir the meatballs.
Place drained spaghetti on plate. Top with meatballs and sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Note: these meatballs could also be used on a hoagie bun for a meatball marinara sub.
