A Christmas treat that doesn't add calories!
These little trees are easy to make and a festive addition.
Ingredients
1 cucumber
2 carrots
Toothpick
Small star shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
Peel carrots and slice large end into 1/4 inch round slices. Use mini cookie cutter to cut out stars.
Slice the other end of carrot into pieces about 3/4 inch long to form base of the Christmas tree.
Using a vegetable peeler, make make thin slices the length of the cucumber.
Stick a toothpick into the carrot base. Top with the cucumber, alternating back and forth. Top with star.
