Apple Enchiladas

So easy! So good!

Ingredients

1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Instructions

Heat oven to 350F.
Spoon fruit evenly in center of each tortilla. Sprinkle each with cinnamon. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down in lightly greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
In saucepan, bring butter, sugars and water to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, for 3 minutes.
Pour sauce over enchiladas. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then, bake for 20 minutes.
Top with ice cream, if desired.
