INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground turkey
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2-4 Tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together.
With moist hands, for easier handling, shape into four burgers.
