This recipe comes from my friend, Sandy. It is the perfect punch to serve at a bridal or baby shower.
Ingredients
1/2 cup instant coffee
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 gallon 2% milk
2 cups half and half
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Mix coffee with sugar and water. Bring to a boil to dissolve. Watch the mixture carefully as it can boil over easily.
Cool the coffee-sugar mixture completely. Add 2% milk. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight.
Right before serving, pour mixture into chilled punch bowl. Add half and half. Add ice cream by spoonfuls into the liquid.
Stir and serve.
