Tomato and Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients

12 1/4-inch slices of French baguette
3/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup drained and diced oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
2 Tablespoon fresh basil
1  3.5 inch goat cheese log
Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place bread slices on baking sheet and bake about five minutes to lightly toast.
In medium bowl, combine tomatoes and basil.
Place a thin slice of goat cheese on each baguette slice.
Top with tomato mixture and season generously with black pepper.
Place on baking sheet and bake 3 - 5 minutes; serve hot.
