Cider Vinegar and Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped shallots
3 Tablespoon fresh parsley
2 teaspoons tarragon
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat


Instructions

In medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil and salt. Stir in shallots, parsley, tarragon and garlic.
Place mixture in plastic sealable bag.Add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
Place chicken on grill with lid closed for 20 - 30 minutes or until done.
