Grilled Buffalo Chicken on a Stick

Great as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup hot wing sauce
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound chicken tenders
Wood skewers
1/2 cup Bleu Cheese salad dressing
Celery sticks

Instructions

In medium bowl, combine butter, hot wing sauce, honey, celery seed and salt. Remove 2 Tablespoons of the mixture and set aside. Add chicken to remaining mixture in a zip-loc bag. Coat the chicken thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 30  minutes and no longer than 2 hours.
Meanwhile, soak ten-inch wood skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Heat grill. Brush grill racks with oil. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Thread chicken on skewer - one chicken tender per skewer. Grill chicken for 8-10 minutes, turning once and brushing with reserved sauce until no longer pink inside.
Serve with Bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.
