Two Minute Chocolate Fondue

Only takes a few minutes to put this together, but it feels like an extra special dessert. A great way to get everyone to linger around the table after dinner

Ingredients

12 ounces good quality semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 Tablespoons Grand Marnier or Amaretto liqueur
Bite size pieces of fruit such as strawberries, pineapple, peaches and bananas
Sara Lee Pound Cake cut into bite size pieces
Wooden bamboo sticks for dipping

Instructions

Combine chocolate and cream in saucepan over medium low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes or until chocolate is smooth and melted.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and liqueur.
Transfer to fondue pot.
Arrange fruit and pound cake on plate.
Dip and enjoy!
