Buffalo Chicken Sliders with Blue Cheese Slaw

This recipe comes from the food blog Cooking Classy. It is a great game-day or any day appetizer.

Ingredients

For the sliders:

12 slider buns
2 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 cup buffalo sauce

For the Coleslaw

1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage)
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions:

Combine butter, honey and buffalo sauce in saucepan. Stir to combine and heat to simmer.
Add chicken and mix gently. Cook on low heat until chicken is warmed.

For slaw, whisk together cider vinegar, sugar, salt and mayonnaise. Place coleslaw mix and blue cheese in bowl. Stir to combine. Pour mayonnaise mixture over coleslaw and cheese mixture. Stir to combine.

To assemble sliders, place a portion of chicken on bun. Top with slaw. Place top of bun on top.
Serve immediately.
