Maple Soy Glazed Salmon

Quick and easy, five-ingredient salmon!

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons maple syrup
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
1 clove garlic, smashed
4 (6 ounce) wild salmon fillets, skinless

Instructions

Combine maple syrup, soy sauce and hot sauce and garlic in small bowl. Pour into a gallon-size plastic sealable bag. Add the salmon. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 - 60 minutes,
Turn the bag occasionally.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray. remove fish from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Pour the marinade into a small saucepan.

Place the fish on the baking sheet and cook 10 - 12 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile, bring the marinade to a simmer over medium heat and reduce until it thickens into a glaze. Spoon sauce over fish just before serving.
