Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes

Here is the dessert that I am making for Valentine's Day.

Ingredients

1 package (4 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
6 Tablespoons flour

Topping of your choice: Whipped cream, raspberries, blueberries.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Butter 4 small custard cups or ramekins. Butter it well as you do not want the cake to stick.

Microwave chocolate and butter in bowl on high for 1 minute or until butter is melted.
Whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Whisk in powdered sugar. Then add whole eggs and egg yolks and whisk well. Stir in flour. Scoop into prepared cups.
Since this recipe is best when served immediately after cooking, you can refrigerate the filled cups before baking. Allow to sit out an hour before baking. Then, put in the oven while you are eating dinner. Bake for 14 - 15 minutes or until edges of desserts are firm and center is still soft. Let stand one minute. Carefully run a knife around the edge of cakes and invert onto a dessert plate.
Serve immediately with the topping of your choice.

Chocolate goodness!
