Black and White Bean Salad

A healthy side dish for any meal!  And if you follow WW, this tasty salad has zero points.


Ingredients

1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup diced red onion
2 ribs celery, sliced
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

Combine beans, tomatoes, onion, celery and parsley in bowl.  Drizzle vinegar on top and stir to combine with other ingredients. Add salt and pepper.
