Orzo and Spinach Salad

Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach
1/3 cup cooked orzo
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

Slice spinach into thin ribbons.
Place spinach in bowl.
Cook orzo until tender; drain.
Spoon warm orzo over spinach  and toss. This should wilt the spinach.
Add remaining ingredients.
